Souls meet across many incarnations. In different constellations and with different tasks. As long-known companions, as family members, as allies on the path, with karmic bonds. These constellations also include soul twins. This field exists. And at the same time, it is one of the most romanticized and distorted fields of soul connection.
Popular narratives about “Twin Flames” or “soul twins” typically contain 1% truth and 99% distortion.
People interpret intense attraction, emotional overload, and old relationship patterns as signs of soul destiny. These projections and idealized images sometimes lead them to end stable relationships built over many years, because they believe they have met their soul twin, only to be left alone a few months later.
Soul connections can be named and differentiated. And this can bring joy and clarity.
And more important than any of this is something else.
Your soul wants you to become the best version of yourself here.
That you choose love here, on Earth, in the dirt, in the three-dimensional. Not romance and not illusion.

If a soul encounter leads to a loss of integrity, to abandoning existing commitments lightly, or to idealizing difficult dynamics, the soul calls us back to ourselves. To live and express more clearly again.
